It is not a surprise that Americans from the rich to the poor and the employed to uninsured are finding it very difficult to pay for expensive life-saving prescriptions. For the sake of my friends and families, I went on a quick search expedition to locate helpful websites that offer money saving options. So far, I still stand by Medtipster.com, a helpful medical drug search engine that tells you where to get generics for most of your brand named prescriptions. Medtipster allows you to type in your drug name, dosage and zip code to search for and locate prescription drugs that are available on discount generic programs across the United States; many of which are available for as little as $4. Prescriptions that are not available on a discounted program often have therapeutic alternatives on a discounted generic program, which are also available on Medtipster
I also came upon a competitor's website, HealthHarbor.com, which was neat but I really like the quick and easy 1,2,3 process on the main page of Medtipster.com
